چکیده

1,2,3-Thiadiazole, 1,2,3-selenadiazole, and semicarbazones that are prepared from ketones promising moieties for lead compound development. New 1,2,3-thiadiazole (2c-4c) 1,2,3-selenadiazole derivatives (2d–4d) were the corresponding (2b-4b). The (2b-4b) (2a-4a). Characterization of synthesized compounds was performed using infrared spectra (IR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectra, carbon (13C-NMR), ultraviolet mass spectrometry, elemental analysis. antimicrobial activity explored in vitro against various pathogenic microbes. All heterocyclic had positive activity, but these activities varied extent coverage. Compounds (2c) (2d) Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli without any antipseudomonal activity. Compound (3c) most Candida albicans with potential as a novel antifungal agent along some Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. (4c) (4d) exhibited broad-spectrum coverage which both demonstrated all microorganisms explored. Interestingly, they substantial local resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa reference P. (ATCC 27853). This may suggest antibacterial agents In conclusion, new (2d-4d) identified agents.

New 1,2,3-selenadiazole and 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives.

New 1,2,3-thiadiazole and 1,2,3-selenadiazole derivatives, 14-23, were prepared from the ketones 1-5 via the corresponding semicarbazones or hydrazones 6-12. The Hurd-Mori and Lalezari methods were used, respectively, for the preparation of these 1,2,3-thiadiazole and 1,2,3-selenadiazole derivatives. The intermediate 13 was also trapped, separated and fully characterized. These derivatives are ...

Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of some new 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives.

New series of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been prepared via reaction of 1,3,4-thiadiazolenaminones 1 with N-phenyl 2-oxopropanehydrazonoyl chloride (2) in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine. Also, some new heterocycles incorporating 1,3,4-thiadiazole ring were obtained by reaction of 1,3,4-thiadiazolenaminones 1 with nitrogen-nucleophiles like hydrazine hydrate, 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole and ...
